Located in New Cairo's Golden Square, this mixed-use commercial hub spans approximately 33,600 m² and consists of seven buildings on a connected ground floor platform. It brings together retail shops, administrative offices and medical clinics.
The challenge was multiple buildings on one platform, with extreme contouring within the site. We sectioned the project into separate files by building and integrated tools such as Rhino.Inside.Revit and Dynamo, which made output faster and the drawings more accurate.
BIM highlights
- A federated multi-building BIM model (seven buildings plus podium and site) organized by clear worksets, zones and model breakdown
- Architectural and structural coordination with clash checks and issue tracking, to reduce rework before tender and construction
- Sheet-ready documentation extracted from the model (plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules) with consistent naming and revisions
- LOD aligned to the project stage, with controlled families and standardized parameters
